Job Description:

As the Head of Data, you will hold a director-level position and be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire data function within the organization. You will provide strategic leadership, ensure the delivery of high-quality data solutions, and drive the continuous improvement of our data capabilities.

• Identify and prioritize data initiatives that drive business value and competitive advantage.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all data activities.

• Ensure the efficient operation and optimization of data infrastructure.
• Provide guidance on the selection and use of data technologies and tools.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align data initiatives with business strategies.

• Represent the data function in executive meetings, providing insights and recommendations.
